Bug Eyes
This is a horrible picture of me and it looks at lot worse than it was!
After the ( and even during) surgery, I had NO pain and no problems at all. My eyes were a little tingley and they sort of felt like there was an eyelash in the corner. They advised that you go home and sleep for a few hours, but I am not much of a sleeper. I just talked on the phone and listened to the tv with my eyes closed. Then they recommend that you wear night guards so that you do not scratch your eyes in the middle of the night. I actually did not notice them at all throughout the night.
The next day after the surgery, I went for my follow up appointment. We were there about 15 minutes and I went through the typical chart exams. I now have 20/20 vision without my glasses. I have never been so excited and happy with my eyes. I cannot even believe the freedom that I have already experience. We went shopping for regular sunglasses today and then went to see Star Trek. Even movies look better! It is absolutely amazing and I am SOOO happy that I have done this.
I do have to thank Shayne for taking care of me, I appreciated it!

I was so nervous before the surgery. They gave me adivan, but at this point it really didn't help much. I was so thankful that Shayne was there to take my mind off of everything even if it was only for a little while! At this point, I just wanted it to be over. This is the last stop before the surgery room and you could actually hear the laser working. Believe it or not, that actually helped so that I knew what sort of noises to expect.

Last Day With Glasses

This is a terrible upclose picture of me, but Shayne insissted that it needs to be this close. I am having eye laser surgery tomorrow and if everything goes accordingly this should be the last that you will see of me with glasses. I was not allowed to wear makeup to work today and I cannot wear any for the next week. Everyone came up to me today and either said that I was dangerous with a bowling ball or asked if I was ok because my eyes looked puffy! Wish me luck!

Crazy Dog Eyes
.jpg)
I originally took this picture because I actually tired out Tucker with his ball. However, I am posting it here because I spent a fair amount of time researching how to fix his eyes. The red eye reduction on the camera doesn't work for him. I also tried to use the red eye reduction in one of those photoshop programs, but that didn't work either. The only way that I found how to do it is in photoshop using layers and drawing it in. This is just wayyyyy beyond me, so I was wondering if there are any simple ways to take care of this?
